This blog is dedicated to the health and well-being of the wondrous and beautiful soul, Sarah Elsie Marten, also know as "Nirguna". This is the name bestowed upon her by her guru Swami Muktananda of the Syda Yoga tradition. Sarah has been diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer. Because of the progression of the disease and the ongoing effects of pain medication, Sarah is often drowsy alternating with periods of clarity and humor. She appreciates, from the bottom of her heart, all of your messages of love and concern. Many have come to express their compassion, sitting by her bedside in the hospital while basking in the sunlight of her big heart.
